About Us

I have had dogs all of my life, and always loved  
Labs, but they shed so much, and I have allergies.
Unfortunately, my youngest son - that you see in the
photos - also has allergies.
The Labradoodle breed is the perfect type of dog
for us. They are loyal, gentle, playful dogs - like any
typical Lab - but they have very little shedding and
are highly intelligent.
They are wonderful with kids. Because they are
eager to please, they train easily. With a little love,
patience, and consistency, if you invest your time in
training a puppy when he is young, you will have a
faithful companion for many years.

Our family lives on two wooded acres in just east of
Grand Rapids, Michigan - between Caledonia and
Cascade.

It is about an hour drive to Lansing, Holland, or
Kalamazoo or a two hour drive from our home to
either Detroit or Chicago.

You are welcome to come to our home and visit with
us and meet the dogs. Send me an email through
the Contact Us page, and I'll set up an appointment
to meet with you.

With your new puppy you will receive:
       A health record from the vet with the dates of
their dew claw removal, vaccinations, and worm
treatments.
       A small bag (2 -3 day supply) of the food that I
have been feeding them, so you will have what they
are used to. Feeding them the same food will
decrease the chances of diarrhea when you get
them home.
       A piece of the blanket or towel from their
whelping box and a toy. A few familiar things with
the scents of their mom and their litter-mates will be
comforting, and make the transition to their new
home easier.
